hi, i like your post about puto. just wanted to ask how much powdered moringa do you use for every cup of flour. also how much fresh blended malunggay if i use fresh. thanks

i use 1 1/2 tbsp powdered moringa for every cup of flour. for fresh blended malunggay, i only use it sparingly just to color the puto so as not to overpower its taste. 🙂
